This summery barrel aged beer is delicious, refreshing and unique, perfect for warm weather days. With an inviting raspberry and elderflower aroma, there is also depth and warmth from the barrel maturation.
We’ve stayed true to the farmhouse style, brewing the beer with ale and acid malt, then fermenting it was a wild saison yeast. Then we matured the beer in barrels containing heaps of Scottish raspberries.
It will be available for a limited period at the Innis & Gunn Beer Kitchen’s in Edinburgh, St Andrews, Dundee and Glasgow, from Friday 4th August.
We kicked things off with our unique barrel aged beer programme last month, with our rich malty Auchentoshan ale, and we will also have a range of other limited editions rolling out over the next few months in all Beer Kitchens. So keep your eyes peeled for the latest announcements and get them while you can.
